Christine is passionate about transformation – of the human experience and of organizations committed to improving it. She leverages her extensive experience as a leader in healthcare and non-profit environments - where the stakes were truly life and death - with her extensive training and experience as a certified coach – to bring out the power within each individual and facilitate transformation.

Christine Nollen, MPA, MPH, PCC, has a passion for supporting people to thrive. She dreams of creating an equitable world where all people are treated with wholeness and dignity. She believes each person has unique value.
Christine has a talent for seeing clearly amidst complexity and eliciting the best from people. She provides executive coaching to the global leadership team of a $2B creative agency, and develops their emerging leaders through a comprehensive strategy of 360 assessments, strategic planning, training, and group and individual coaching.
She brings to her leadership development work over 20 years of experience as a non-profit and healthcare executive. She has designed client-centered public health programs and trained across four continents; conducted strategic planning in large health systems and non profits as well as boutique businesses; and managed hundreds of millions of dollars for community-based services.
Christine is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and certified by Accomplishment Coaching. She earned her M.P.A. and M.P.H. from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
